You can always count on couture shoes to add some sizzle to a simple outfit, but that perfect pair of pumps can cost a pretty penny. Thankfully, a lot of recent runway trends are easy to DIY. Here are some temporary (and some not-so temporary) transformations that will add a bit more sass and style to your step.
