Twitter T Shirt…..

I’ve been wanting to make a Twitter T-Shirt for a while now, after a few prototypes this is what I came up with! I also made it in Black, Pink and Grey. I’ll post my other design next week.
These pictures were taken outside of a Target last night. Michele @azblueeyes and I had gone to dinner and stopped to pick up a few things, we started screwing around in front of the store, Michele snapped a few pictures. Not so good with the nightime photography, obviously…lol

Frankly, I don’t see the value of twitter. I read one market research report that revealed that nearly half of all tweets was “pointless babble.” Only 9% had “pass-along value.” Perhaps only 4% was “news.” Okay, I’m a senior citizen, but I get Instant Messaging. I get MySpace, FaceBook and Friendster. Heck, I even get an occasional rap song, if the beat and melody are just right. But this SMS for the internet seems a bit too thinly clever — a bit too much fad and flash in the pan, for my tastes. Maybe there’s a Zen side to this. Anyone care to Enlighten me?

As I became a designer in the professional world I learned that the rules of design are suggestions that the novice designer should follow in order to play it safe. My professors would kill me if they heard me say this but, if there is a good concept behind your work and it’s done extremely well; the rules no longer apply.

A very good post, i must say this is really what we are here for, this forum definitely needs posters like you. Filling the forum with some good tips and information, i did follow couple of your posts, they been relevant and good points were elaborated. I must say we should always be ready to post in our best knowledge to support people. Really appreciate your post.
